Terms of Use
Effective: September 22, 2026
These terms explain the rules for using the House of Mantis website, member tools, and Airi, our Discord guild assistant. These services are operated by House of Mantis guild leadership to support our community. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the services.
Membership and access
Member tools require current membership in the guild Discord. Officer features depend on your Discord roles and permissions. Use your own account and keep your account credentials and private sign-in links secure. You must meet Discord’s minimum age requirements and any applicable age requirements where you live.
Guild leadership may restrict or remove access for misuse, loss of membership or permissions, or breaches of guild rules. Leaving, being kicked from, or being banned from the guild Discord revokes website sessions and triggers character archiving and removal of upcoming roster assignments. Past raid and attendance records are retained as described in our Privacy Policy. Rejoining does not automatically restore archived characters or assignments.
Acceptable use
Follow guild rules, applicable laws, and the Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines when using Discord-connected features.
- Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, or expose another person’s private information.
- Do not submit information or content that you do not have the right to share.
- Do not attempt to bypass permissions, access another member’s account, exploit vulnerabilities, or interfere with the website or bot.
- Do not use the tools for spam, abusive automation, or unauthorized collection of member information.
Report suspected security issues privately to a guild officer. Do not test them against other members’ accounts or records.
Raids and schedules
Signups, availability, and roster entries help officers organize guild activities. They do not guarantee a raid spot, role, reward, or continued guild membership. Officers may change assignments, raid sizes, schedules, or event status as needed. Check the latest published schedule and guild announcements before an activity.
Keep your character details and availability accurate. Only use officer controls within the authority granted to you by guild leadership.
Your information and submissions
You retain any rights you have in content you submit. You give House of Mantis permission to store, display, and share that content as needed to operate the guild tools, including displaying character details to authorized members and publishing rosters to the configured Discord channels.
Our Privacy Policy explains what information is handled, who can see it, retention, and how to request access, correction, or deletion. Archiving is not the same as deleting information. Contact an officer for a privacy or deletion request, including after leaving the guild.
Service availability and third parties
We provide these community tools on an “as available” basis. We aim to keep them useful and accurate, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free information, or recovery of every record. Features may change or be suspended for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.
Discord and other linked or embedded services have their own terms and policies. House of Mantis and Airi are community services and are not operated or endorsed by Discord or the publishers of the games we play. These terms are between you and House of Mantis; Discord is not responsible for our services or these terms. Nothing here overrides Discord’s applicable terms or limits rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes to these terms
We will update this page and its effective date when these terms change. Material changes will also be communicated through the website or guild Discord before they take effect. If you do not accept revised terms, stop using the services; you may still contact leadership about your information.
Questions and requests
For questions about these terms, access decisions, or your information, contact a House of Mantis officer through the guild Discord. Arrange a private conversation for account or privacy matters, and do not share passwords or sign-in links.
